1. Software Development Projects
Initial discovery and milestone advance payments are non-refundable once engineering sprints have commenced. If a project is cancelled before sprint kickoff, a refund minus administrative and initial design scoping costs will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. Internship Maintenance Fees
Internship program maintenance fees (₹199 / ₹299) cover immediate allocation of cloud servers, databases, and onboarding verification. Due to instant server provisioning, enrollment maintenance fees are non-refundable once batch credentials have been issued.
3. Duplicate Transactions
In case of duplicate charges or accidental double payments via Razorpay, the surplus amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
