1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing any services provided by Shrey Tech via shreytech.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Development & Consulting Services
All software development contracts, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and payment structures are explicitly agreed upon in project statements of work. Code repositories and deliverables are transferred upon full settlement of contract invoices.
3. Internship Program Guidelines
Our remote developer internships are designed for practical experiential learning and real-world project contributions. Certificates of Completion and Letters of Recommendation are issued subject to satisfactory completion of mandatory project milestones, weekly tests, and adherence to professional codes of conduct.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum material, website designs, trademarks, and educational documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shrey Tech unless otherwise stated.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
